In the next phase, we plan, design, and engineer the project and get it fully approved and entitled. And finally, we construct the project leveraging our inhouse and affiliated fully licensed construction company, to keep costs low. We manage all aspects of the project through completion, and present high-return investment opportunities to our investor partners.
