Investment Strategy
Our strategy is to enter the construction phase with a low-cost approach by opportunistically buying land at below market prices, and then using our experience and expertise to plan, design, and approve the project. Besides the lower cost entry benefit, this approach also gives us a full understanding of the project before the construction phase.
The construction and development support that we get through our affiliated fully licensed construction company allows for greater control over costs with a high level of supervision. This puts us in an advantageous position when negotiating and subcontracting. We pass these benefits back to our investor partners.
In addition, we bring the disciplined and structured approach of investment management in financial markets to real-estate development projects.
